Box Office Hours Normal business hours of the Box Office at the Event Center are as below:

  • Mon-Fri: 12:00pm - 9pm

For concerts and other events – The closing times vary by event and concert. We suggest that you arrive early to an event by to insure you will be able to purchase a ticket. 

 

Accepted Methods of Payment

Studio City Box Office accepts payment via major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX and UnionPay.
Cash payment will only be accepted for tickets purchased from Box Office outlets.
Please note that for cash, only MOP and HKD will be accepted and HKD:MOP is 1:1.

 

Terms of Entry

The right of admission is reserved and is subject to the seller’s and the venue’s Conditions of Entry. Late arrival may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the performance. Whenever a guest is not admitted to enter the Event Center or when a guest is ejected from it for any reason stated in these Conditions, no refund will be paid in respect to the ticket. Merchandise related to an event may only be sold by registered parties and may not be sold or resold at Studio City or areas adjacent.

 

Parking

Especially during weekends, parking is limited and all participants are encouraged to take the public transportation to the Studio City Event Center.

Public transportation available:

  • Bus stations of routes 15, 21A, 25, 26, 26A, 50 and MT4 are located at south sides of the Event Center (Cotai Frontier post), just by 2 min walk to the venue. There are also bus stations at the east side of Studio City (Roundabout Flor de Lotus) by routes 15, 21A, 25, 25X, 26, 26A, MT4 and N3.

Disabled Parking
Designated parking is available for guests with disabilities. These spaces, including van-accessible spaces, are designated for vehicles displaying a current state-issued disability placard or license plate. Disabled spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis so please plan accordingly.

 

Guests with wheelchairs or disability

The Entertainment Services Department at Studio City Event Center strives to provide excellent service to all our guests, including those guests with disabilities and special needs. Studio City Event Center provides a full range of accommodations for guests with disabilities to ensure their safety, comfort and enjoyment of our events and facilities. The following section highlights our services.

Wheelchair Rental

Entertainment Services provide complimentary wheelchair rental to guests with special needs when requested, and also subject to availability. Guests may make advance request by contacting the Entertainment Services department. Please be aware that our staff will not accompany with the guest in wheelchair during the event.

Wheelchair Storage

For guests who wish to transfer to a seat from their wheelchair, we will store your wheelchair at our SCEC Box Office. Our staff will make arrangements to return the wheelchair to you at the end of the event.

Accessible/Disabled Tickets

Accessible/disabled seating is available on all levels of the arena. When ordering accessible tickets, it is important to indicate that you require accessible seating so we can properly seat you. Patrons purchasing accessible seating may purchase one (1) accessible seat and three (3) companion seat adjacent to the accessible seat. Depending upon availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space. This policy ensures that we are able to accommodate all those that need accessible seating.

Toilets

there are disabled toilets in all the levels of the Studio City Event Center. If unsure of the location, kindly approach one of our ushers, they will be happy to show you the way.

 

Service Animals/Guide Dogs

Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited in Studio City Event Center with the exception of trained service animals and service animals in training for guests with disabilities. Service animals are welcome inside the venue, but must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. Service animals will rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other Studio City guests and employees may be asked to escort the animal off the premises.

 

Emergency Evacuation Procedures

Studio City Event Center personnel have been properly trained in emergency evacuation procedures to ensure the safe evacuation of all patrons, including those guests with disabilities, in the case of an emergency. Please pay careful attention to the instructional voice messages as well as personnel instructions during an evacuation.

 

Elevators/Escalators

Studio City Event Center is equipped with elevators that access all public areas of the arena. Should you require special assistance in reaching your seat, please contact Entertainment Services in advance or see any Usher member during the event.

 

Smoking

The Studio City Event Center is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is permitted in designated areas outside the Event Center, please approach staff for directions. The closest smoking areas are inside the Casino.

FAQ 

Ticketing related

For concerts and other events – The closing times will vary depending on the show.  The promoter of the show will determine the time the box office closes and it will vary by event and concert.  

Group discounts are applied only on limited events.

According to Studio City Conditions of Sales, ticket will not be replaced or exchanged for any reason. Management is not liable for any tickets that are lost, destroyed or stolen.

According to Studio City Conditions of Sale, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations on any ticket unless an event is postponed or cancelled in which case a Notice of Cancellation or Postponement will be placed at the Box Office.

  1. How can I purchase tickets to an event at the Arena?

    For your convenience, there are several different options for purchasing tickets for Studio City Event Center events:

  2. Can I split my payment for my order?

    No.  All orders must be paid for in full by one type of payment.  (i.e. All Cash, or all on one credit card.)

  3. How will my tickets be delivered and how long will it take?

    In order to receive your tickets you may approach the Box Office in front of the Event Center, or if you booked your tickets online you will receive an e-ticket. We are not able to send any tickets by post.

  4. When do doors open?

    The doors generally open 1hour prior to the scheduled event time. This may vary, depending on the event.

  5. When does the sale of the tickets finish?

    Normal business hours of the Box Office at the Event Center are as below:

    • Mon-Fri: 12:00pm - 9pm
    • Sat-Sun: 10:30am - 10pm

  9. What happens if an event is postponed and cancelled?

    In the event a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, information is immediately sent to the local media for distribution and placed on the Studio City website, points of sales and social media. Please be aware that there is no way to contact all individual ticket holders other than the local media. We will also attempt to send an email or text message to customers who have provided their email address and phone number in their ticketing accounts. Kindly note that guests that purchased tickets from other ticket selling agencies or web sites need to pursue refunds from where tickets were bought.
    Cancelled Event - A cancelled event is one that will NOT be made up.
    Postponed Event - A postponed event is one that WILL be made up at a later date.

  10. Can I choose a specific Seat?

    Our ticketing system will automatically select the best available seat for you at the time of the transaction. You may choose your preferred price category and Section, but not a specific seat. If you have any special seating requests (e.g. accessible seat for guest in wheelchair), please speak to a customer service representative by calling +853 8865 – 3333.

  11. What is a restricted view seat?

    A restricted view seat is classified when the view of show is either affected by a screen or other obstruction. 

  12. What forms of payments do you accept?

    Studio City Box Office accepts payment via major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX and UnionPay. Cash payment will only be accepted for tickets purchased from Box Office outlets.

  13. Is it safe to buy tickets from someone selling them in the street or online?

    No, as there are risks involved in purchasing tickets from non-authorized sources. Only tickets sold by authorized sellers will be accepted.

  14. Will there be any time limit when I buy tickets on-line?

     All seats offered are held for 10 minutes. If the booking is not completed within the transactional time limit, the seats will be released back into the database for the next potential buyer. This is done in order to ensure fair access for all customers wanting to purchase.

  15. Will more seats become available for sale at later date?

    On some occasions, limited seats may be released close to the event date.

  16. If I camp out for tickets for an on sale, will I get front row seats?

    Camping is not allowed at the Studio City.  There is also no guarantee you will get front row seats if you are the first in line for tickets. 

  17. Can I exchange my tickets?

    There are no exchanges allowed.

  18. I purchased tickets to an event at your venue, but I need a Wheelchair accessible seat. Can I exchange my seat?

    Guests who arrive at the Studio City Event Center require accessible seating but are without accessible seating tickets will be accommodated based on seating availability. Studio City Event Center features accessible seating and companion seating at all levels for guests with physical limitations.

 

General Show questions

  1. Are cameras and/or video cameras allowed at venues?

    The camera policy will diverge event to event depending on promoter guidelines and performers requirements. The use of professional photography and video equipment is forbidden within the Event Center at all times unless used by registered media personnel.  Media staff may contact Studio City PR team if assistance is required. 
  2. Does the Studio City Event Center prohibit guests from entering with certain items? In the interest of guest safety and comfort, certain items will not be permitted to be brought into the Arena.  The main categories of prohibited items are as follows:

    • Selfie Sticks
    • Flag Sticks
    • Cameras lenses longer than 3”
    • Video Cameras
    • Alcoholic Drinks
    • Cans or bottles
    • Outside food/drinks
    • large baggage
    • Laser pointers
    • Fireworks
    • Weapons
    • LED and Fan boards over 42cm x 30cm.
    Event Security personnel may undertake bag checks at all Entrances.  All persons entering the Arena may be subject to bag checks.  If necessary, Police personnel may also be located at entry points to assist and support the Arena’s Event Security personnel.

  1.  What is the VIP Lounge, VIP Suite and Club Seats?

    The Studio City Event Center has a spacious and elegantly designed VIP Lounge, coming fully equipped with stylish furnishings and a flat-screen TV. The VIP Lounge comprises 242 Club Seats and high-end food concessions.
    On the same level are located 16 state-of-the-art VIP Suites.

Lost & Found

  1. I have found a lost item. Who should I pass it to?

    You may  approach the nearest available Security Guard or proceed to the Event Center Box Office for assistance.

  2. I have lost my belongings. How do I know if it was retrieved?

    If you have lost an item, please make contact with a security services employee or call the call center on 8865 8888. They will make contact with the control room to establish if you item have been located and advise of the location for collection.

  3. If my lost item is found, where can I claim it?

    Upon locating your lost property, our Security Team will advise you on the designated storage location for the retrieval of your item. Please be informed that you will need to bring along a valid photo identification card when claiming the item.

  4. What happens to unclaimed items?

    Found property will be stored at the Studio City Security for a period of 60 days before the unclaimed items are disposed, donated or surrendered to the Macau Police. For items that do not have such a long shelf-life, these items will be disposed before the stipulated period as Studio City deems fit.

  5. Are there any items that will not be accepted as a found property?

    Due to health and safety reasons, certain found items will not be stored and they include, but are not limited to:

    • Umbrellas
    • Perishable foods
    • Water bottle
    • Used tickets

 

Conditions of Entry 

Studio City Event Center is committed to provide our guests with a safe and memorable experience. These conditions of entry must be followed at all times. Management reserves the right to exclude guests as necessary for the safety and comfort of other guests and employees. Entry to Studio City Event Center is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The ticket must be used by the same person during the same event.
  2. The ticket and handstamp are required for re-entry into the Event Center during the same event.
  3. Children 2 years and under can be admitted without a ticket (subject to government regulations). Children without a ticket must not occupy a seat and must be cared for by an adult at all times.
  4. Child under the age of 12 or below must be accompanied by an adult over age of 18 at all times.
  5. Late arrival may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the performance.
  6. Sit only in your assigned seat to avoid inconveniencing other guests.
  7. For safety of our guests, event security personnel may undertake bag checks at all entrances.  If necessary, Police personnel may also be located at entry points to assist and support the Arena’s Event Security personnel. Searches may also be carried out while inside the Event Center or when leaving it.

  12. Keep aisles clear at all times; emergency situations require that stairways be kept clear. Guests sitting or standing in the Arena aisles jeopardize the safety of others.
  13. In the event of an emergency, our evacuation procedures will be activated, ensuring that you are kept safe and unharmed during the event.
  14. Appropriate behavior is expected from all of our guests. Foul language or overly noisy behavior will not be tolerated and will be cause for expulsion from the Event Center. 
  15. Guests will not be allowed to enter Event Center if they appear intoxicated.
  16. Smoking is forbidden inside the Event Center.
  17.  If a guest is not admitted to enter the Event Center or is evicted from it for any reason stated in the Conditions of Entry, no refund will be paid in respect to the ticket.

 

TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE ("T&C") 

Any person or entity purchasing tickets to Attractions, Shows, or Events agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Studio City Hotels Limited and Attractions (the “Management”) reserve the right to amend, delete, and/or add to these Terms &Conditions without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion. The Macau Law shall govern these T&C and all purchasers of tickets and/or Guests agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Macau courts.

  1. The ticket is purchased for the show and session as specified on the tickets but the date and time of the show may be subject to change. In such instance, there is no obligation to refund or exchange the tickets. All tickets sold are subject to Management's right to cancel, alter and/or reschedule the performance, add, withdraw or substitute artists, vary advertised programs, change the prices, venues or audience capacity.
  2. All ticket sales are final. All completed and confirmed transactions cannot be cancelled, and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any reason. Management is not liable for any lost, stolen or destroyed tickets.
  3. Tickets should only be purchased directly from Management authorized sales channels and official ticket agents. Any person holding a ticket that is acquired through a non-authorized sales channel such as resold tickets will be refused admission to the show or attraction.
  4. Tickets may only be used by the holder to gain admission to the relevant show or attraction and may not be resold or offered for resale at any price in excess of the initial purchase price (whether through online auction sites or otherwise) or be used for or in connection with advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including without limitation to competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original buyer or any subsequent bearer, unless authorized by Management. Management reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold and to deny any such Guest entry to the show or attraction without a refund.
  5. Management shall not be liable for any complaints, claims, refunds, or exchange for any reason and shall not be deemed to be in breach of these Terms &Conditions. Neither is Management liable for any delay or non-performance which is due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, or for any costs incurred other than the cost of the tickets.
  6. One person per ticket regardless of age. Persons purchasing, claiming or collecting purchased tickets are required to present their valid photo ID, confirmation number, the credit card used for purchase and/or relevant confirmation documents (if applicable).
  7. Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, not for re-sale and are revocable. Tickets are void if altered.
  8. Paper and electronic tickets are printed with unique reference numbers and security features. Holders of any other ticket type will be refused admission to the show or attraction and may face prosecution.
  9. Management reserves the right to cancel or modify redemptions where it appears that a ticket holder has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the redemptions contained are the result of a mistake or error.
  10. Travel to and from the venue is the sole responsibility of the Guest. No refund and exchange will be permitted due to the alteration, late arrival, unavailability, postponement or cancellation of travel services by land, air or sea.
  11. Guests attending the show or riding attraction do so at their own risk. The Guest voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidentals to the show or attraction whether occurring before, during or after the show or riding attraction. Management is not responsible for any loss, damage, personal injury, liability or death so caused. The Guest assumes all risks and liabilities for any medical conditions associated with attending the show or riding attraction. Management shall bear no liability for any personal injuries, health problems or death sustained at a show or in attraction, whether it is directly or indirectly resulting from any existing medical condition of the Guest.
  12. Management reserves the right to alter the seat allocation by providing alternative seats to those specified on the ticket without prior notice. If this is necessary for any reason, Management will reimburse any reduction in value between the original and altered seat allocation.
  13. Any unauthorized soliciting, selling of goods, tickets, or services or guest surveys of any kind are prohibited.
  14. Management reserves the right to refuse admission to any person whose conduct is disorderly, discourteous,or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security or to the enjoyment of the show without refund or compensation. Customers who cause a disturbance, act inappropriately or refuse to comply with requests made by Management will be evicted from the attractions and theaters without any refund or compensation.
  15. For security purposes and upon request, the ticket holder may be subject to inspection and for these purposes must open any bag, package or other item which is in his or her possession before admission.
  16. Any item (includes but not limit to glass bottles, cans, or knives) or restricted object deemed by the Management to be dangerous or inappropriate is not permitted for admission.
  17. All mobile phones, portable communication devices or any other electronic equipment should be disabled when inside the venue to avoid disturbing the performance.
  18. Guests must be appropriately clothed and must wear shoes at all time. Guests not appropriately clothed and/or with bare feet will not be permitted for admission.
  19. Management will not be liable for any delay or cancellation due to any force majeure such as power failure, fire, explosion, flood, typhoon, storm or similar disasters, strikes, industrial disputes, abnormally inclement weather, war, insurrection, riot, civil disturbance, acts or threats of terrorism, act of God, communicable disease outbreaks, industrial action, acts or regulations of national or local governments, governmental order or decrees, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.
  20. Without prejudice to clause 5 & 19, in the event of cancellation or postponement, Management will only be responsible for ticket exchange or any full / partial refund of the ticket, whether purchased as part of a package or not. Any refund shall be made to the holders of the original tickets only.Complimentary tickets are not eligible for cash refunds.
  21. Tickets are issued/sold on behalf of the organizer/presenter of the event whose name appears on the ticket. For any event cancellation or postponement, the organizer/presenter shall be responsible for refunding the purchase price of the tickets and the refund shall be made to the holders of original tickets only.
  22. In the event of disputes, Management reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of tickets and admissions.
  23. As per local law, smoking is prohibited in all Studio City attractions and theaters.
  24. Guests must abide by and follow all public announcements, directions, restrictions, warnings, or regulations in relation to the entry to and remaining within all Studio City venues.
  25. Complimentary tickets are not eligible for cash refunds. In the event of closure, delay or postponement, holders of complimentary tickets should contact the department that offered the ticket for ticket exchange.
  26. For restrictions regarding:height, pregnant/Expectant Mothers, Health Conditions, Latecomers, Parental Consent, Age, and Photo & Video policies please refer to Venue Conditions of Entry.
  27. Performances may contain flashing lights, loud audio effects, fog, pyrotechnics, hydro effects, animatronic, lighting and other special effects. Management will not be held liable for any health issues directly resulting from attending the show at the attractions and theaters.
  28. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
